Online poker site Doyle’s Room is offering its congratulations to Tim S, who
eliminated celebrity bounties Nicky Hilton and Kevin Connolly for a payout
of more than $10,000 in the Doyle’s Room online poker tournament. Bounties

eliminating two stars.
It is not just every version of poke that is making the news and television
ratings. It is not just any game that attracts the attention of millions of
fans every week on poker specials. The variation everyone seems to be
watching and playing is Texas Hold’Em. Part of the reason for this
phenomenon is the mystery appeal of the hole cards. The hole cards are the
big appeal of the game- everyone wants to know what they are, they are the
great even up. A player could be bluffing his hand or could really be
holding those two aces. The television cameras have given audiences a chance
to see the hole cards and thus know what a player’s strategy is, making it
possible to concentrate on other aspects of the game such as opponent’s
expressions or betting style.
