European Poker Championships launched by Everest
Everest Poker, an online poker company based in Montreal, has developed very
successful relationships with the French Poker Tour and the German Poker
Players Association. In the interests and basis of these relationships,
Everest Poker is announcing the launch of its own Everest Poker European
Championship. This one-of-a-kind event will include countries from across
Europe, consisting of live freeroll satellites throughout countries in
Europe and online satellites at EverstPoker.com. The satellites will all
lead up to the championship freeroll final, with a 50,000 euro dollar prize
pool.
There will be live satellites held in the Netherlands, Spain, Germany,
France, Italy, Denmark, Sweden, and Norway. All qualifiers for the final
event will receive the 500 euro dollar buy-in for free, in addition to 400
euro dollars for travel expenses.
The first part of the Everest Poker European Championships is scheduled to
begin on Friday, March 3rd in Germany. Everest Poker’s German Marketing Tour
Manager Karin Schmidt says that Everest Poker had a wildly successful
collaboration with the German Poker Tour, and that the company is pleased to
be bringing more thrilling prizes and tremendous poker to the German poker
players. Schmidt also adds that Everest Poker is committed to bringing not
only online poker to Germany, but also the excitement of live action poker
as well.
The European Championship is part of Everest Poker’s effort to bring poker
education and fun to local communities across Europe at a more grass roots
level. Players will be able to play for their country at the final, and have
the chance to play against other European poker players in the same manner
that Everest Poker already brings to online play. All this, and they stand a
chance to win a piece of the 50,000 euro prize.
