Poker.com Offers Cheap WSOP Seats
If you have been looking for a good satellite that will get you a seat in
the World Series of Poker but haven’t been able to find one yet, the
satellite at Poker.com might be the perfect fit for your needs. The
tournaments have already started, but it is never too late to join in the
action. There are levels to fit any budget, and each one is offering the
same prize, a shot to go to the World Series of Poker and play against the
big poker stars and the celebrities alike.
At Poker.com,. the tournament is split into four levels. Qualifiers cost $5.50
to enter and if you win either first or second place, you will be in the quarter
finals. The player who places third will get a coupon to retry their hands in
another qualifier. All of the rounds follow this basic format, with prices
differing for each subsequent level. Quarterfinals have a buy-in of $20 + $2,
Semifinals are $80 + $8, and the Final buy-in will be $250 + $25. The prize for
the satellites are totaled at $12,500, which includes a $10,00 buy-in for the
winner at the WSOP main event and $2,500 for travel and spending money. Winners
will also receive a stuffed Poker.com gift bag.
NO matter what level you enter at in the Poker.com satellite, you are not really
spending too much money in comparison to finding a seat at the World Series of
Poker without the help of a satellite tournament. Other tournaments on similar
sites have buy-ins at over $700, but even the final round at Poker.com will only
be a $275 buy-in. Low prices will probably mean some intense competition, but
the prizes are definitely worth it.
