$1,000,000 the next big prize? A new competition may see one lucky player walk away with $1,000,000 from a single hand of poker. The largest prize giveaway in the history of online poker comes courtesy of Titan Poker, and you won’t have to be one of the legendary players to participate. Everyone is welcome to join, newcomers and old sharps, anyone who wants to take advantage of the opportunity.
Once all but ten players have been eliminated, the tournament will be
suspended and change locations. When it resumes in May, any player scoring a
royal flush of spades during the final round will be rewarded with
$1,000,000. There will also be subsidiary prizes. A royal flush of any other
suit will receive $1,000,000. Players could also receive $500,000 for a hand
of four of a kind. All of these prizes are in addition to the $500,000 prize
pool that will be given out no matter what happens. Banking for the
tournament is being supplied by National Indemnity Company, a subsidiary of
Berkshire Hathaway Inc, one of the world’s largest insurance companies.
